You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are final and payable in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Any transaction fees charged by PhonePe are borne by the client.

5. Liability Limitation

WEBHITECH is not responsible for errors, payment failures, or delays caused by PhonePe.

We will assist in dispute resolution to the extent possible but bear no responsibility for third-party actions.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if there is any breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

We use SSL encryption, secure servers, and firewall protection.

Financial information is handled solely by PhonePe and not stored by us.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

- Non-delivery of service.

- Duplicate or erroneous charges via PhonePe.

- Cancellation of service before initiation.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

- Services already delivered.

- Customized or development services post-initiation.

- Gateway fees or transaction charges from PhonePe.

3. Refund Process

Email your request with order ID to info@webhitech.com.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days through PhonePe.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of order placement and before service delivery begins.
